Will we get P3d v4.6?

The advantage of getting v4.6 instead of v5 is that we would not have to pay again. The disadvantage is that I can't see any potential v4.6 including anything that would make any appreciable difference to my P3D experience.

The way P3D is used can be vastly different from one person to another. There's always plenty to do, several problems need to be ironed out. Never stop developing.

One correction of your weird rant.

Just an observation from someone who has valued Rob’s posts over many years. He doesn’t rant. Poor choice of words.

Gerard with his big kit and know how, Ray with his Concorde, I could go on and on.

We should be sticking up for each other.

What I mean is, we all love a good rant. Rob too. I don't think anyone has lost sight of the fact that Rob knows his stuff. Well, mostly. But there will be clashes on minor details and so it gets hot around the shirt. So it's not about ranting, that's ok and not a sign that someone is being unfair, in particular.

I say it as I see it. When somebody says things he knows are untrue and also repeating again and again his bizarre bias again MS openness (the "infamous" PR campaign),  I call it rant. Sorry it bothers you,  😋

@SteveW, maybe Rob does enjoy a good rant but having read his post again it was not a rant. It challenged another person’s claims.

According to the dictionary a rant is “speak or shout at length in an angry, impassioned way.” I’m not sure rant can be applied to any written based on that.

Normal people don't apply the letter of the law to looseness in communications though Ray.

And here we are again having useless conversations about how to show someone is not in some way correct.

hehe. oh yeah, Ray I'm not saying you are abnormal, I'm saying the argument has no weight. One man's rant is another mans heated discussion.

Making something of it is the problem.

English not being my native language, I wait for you   to tell me what is the word to use for saying things that are untrue for the sake of an argument  (I have a word on the tip of my tongue) and rehashing the same bias (again I have a word on the tip of my tongue) , all that  in a written form of course 😉 ?

At this point I'd rather have 4.6 than v5.

To be fair a few devs are wanting a few limitations in the current version sorted asap, waiting for v5 will be too long of a wait, unless some people know differently.
