Probably because of the more distinctive thread title, but the original post of this one wasn't late at all.

Did anyone notice in the night picture that there was text at the bottom that had a radio call? Seems like they have some sort of Atc in the sim already or it was apart of a mission🧐

Nah, it means you are a quality flight sim person of good reputation -- you have a clue = you know "what time it is."

Not the first screenshot to have ATC text in it, there was one a few updates ago.

 

And the devs confirmed a few months ago that ATC was in
