The weather injection from the rex weather engine works with true sky. There are issues with the wind direction though.

The cloud textures aren’t compatible with the true sky volumetric clouds. If you switch enhanced atmospherics off you will see the rex textures. The weather engine however is compatible with true sky volumetric clouds.

April 22, 20206 yr Hm interesting thanks for clarifying this. I’ll have to give it a try. I’ve just never seen any of the true sky pics depicting anything other than basic cumulus puffs or a bit of stratus. AMD 5830X Nvidia RTX 3060 Win 11

There aren’t any more complex cloud structures really due to limitations in the implementation of true sky at the moment. But at least it will try to depict live weather.

Works great. Like it was said above, just point SkyForce to your P3dv5 folder. Big difference. Stan Great news! I would not use advanced weather at all, since this kills FPS by 20% In jurisprudence, there is a principle - you look for the person who benefits.

Unfortunately there weren't clouds in the that flight. Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).
