Dare I say, that I'm sure you are aware, that often plans are just that, plans, & true, they are definitely planning to release MSFS!

ALL it means is that a release of a bunch of games is planned. No more, no less. Sometimes plans fall through. 

Nothing regarding subscriptions is implied at all..

with xbox game pass subscription you can play all the games they have in the store, you can also buy the game and cancel the subscription

Aren't they continuously developing this product for at least the next 10 years? I think that's why they didn't officially call it MSFS2020 but just MSFS

Indeed, the FS2020/FS20 meme was started by Avsimmers, as they decided that MSFS or Microsoft Flight Simulation was confusing to those who have FSX, FSX:SE or any other sim. FS20 is actually a short name for Farm Simulator 2020, & FS2020 is a short name for Aerofly's flight sim for Android.

That's been directed to all the Avsimmers, just in case they are confused and do not know what sim the narrator is talking about. They have been instructed to use small words as not to confuse them. the words 'Microsoft Flight Simulator' has been deemed too long & confusing for Avsimmers as they think it refers to other sims. I'm sure you have noted the logo on the narrator's shirt?

I'm just pointing out that he's saying FS2020, so I don't think It's invalid to call It that way.

I'm pretty sure the official name is MSFS.
