Just tried to load a saved flight and got a CTD before the flight loaded.  Tried twice, same result.

Me too.  Just raised a ticket on Zendesk

Everytime I load a saved game it crashes (CTD). Definitely some more work to do.

i note the airport where i land, and next time carry on from there.

You don't even need to do that.  Click on destinations, it will show you where you last landed, then click the two arrows button and that will swap it to be your departure point.  Then you can decide if you want to set a destination or not (plus choose your aircraft.)

Ok well at least the lag issue is now confirmed as being FSUIPC7 beta, closed that off.  Far too laggy.

The FPS drop is not caused by FSUIPC itself, but by buggy simconnent which is used by FSUIPC (and many other external tools). Hopefully Asobo announced plans to fix simconnent in the upcoming patch (September 3rd?).

Ah, well that might be slightly different.

Also noticed lots of problems with saved flight. Very unpredictable as sometimes the plane would be all over the place and changing the weather / time is not possible from as saved flight 😡
