This will not be the release time of the patch itself, and the details may come before or after this time.

This is no surprise to me...what IS a nasty surpsie is that they have not yet communicated that theyve heard our complaints by listing them in that post and then tell us which ones will get fixed, which ones wont...and by when will it all be complete?
