Gaya's Vienna airport is among the best I've ever seen for any simulator and I have over 100 payware airports from every developer both at the beginner to world-class levels.

Airport addon developers always show "weird perspectives" when showcasing their addons that are irrelevant to the sim: from underneath some sky bridge, luggage cart textures, from the terminal, etc. In the sim, you spawn inside the cockpit. How often do you leave the cockpit to head over and admire the moving train or the details on the cars parked outside the terminal?

I'll buy the airport for my hometown, and I can see myself buying a couple of airports which are highly distinct, but, let's be honest, most airports are just plain ugly and functional. 

Finally, there are already 100s of freeware airports available, some of them payware quality.

It's what customers want. You are obviously not a customer so you don't count. 😀

Enjoy your freeware mods and default airports & scenery.

I appreciate the eye candy and I am willing to pay for enhanced features.

I'd hardly call, detailed luggage cart textures an "enhanced feature" - but to each their own. 

The scene in Gaya is the most recent one. The train you see is the T2 tramway put into service in February 2019 seen on Bing but not on Google maps.
The tram connects the airport to the city centre.
One thing that is not perfect is the elevated railway line, which is normally a railway bridge.

After watching the review, it’s clear to see that only the luggage carts are enhanced. 
A few words come to mind all are “words not aloud” 

But each to their own.....IQ level.

So I don't know if it's just me, but since the appearance of the MSFS my wallet has been extremely restrained.

Not that the add-ons are bad, but standard or freeware doesn't look too bad either and, at least as long as the airlines are still pushing my performance too much, it makes no sense to me.

I think I can wait for a sale

I was just thinking earlier whether to buy this or not and decided to wait for your review which have all been excellent I must say. Thanks for the work you put in. An yep am going to buy this!

Dude just don't buy the beautiful sceneries then nobody cares, just go back to the freebie section. On topic I like Vienna alot Florence is very nice though.
