Multiplayer in MSFS

Isn't the whole point of 'friends' is that you know each other. You have decided the method of communication (in our case, Teamspeak) and you all join that particular channel. You then advertise your group and give the communicative details. Simples.

As a for instance: RTWR group. We have flights that are posted on our forum at various times. Anyone will be welcome (provided you can take a little flak for a crappy landing) to join us.

Discord? Twitter/Facebook for voices.

The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA

That would indeed very cool. Cannot remember that Flight had that feature. Possibly never used it since Hawaii is not sooo big in the end and you were always able to at least find someone pretty easily. But for MSFS definitely something they should consider. Though they should then restrict radio coverage to some 100 nm or so else you hear too much global chatter

that was also simulated im almost sure but not 100% I tagged MSFS on instagram today and told them about this .

For example, the MSFS official website has a Community sub-folder which includes a section of "Community Fly-in Events".  Just get started with that bulletin site and Discord, and you're on your way.  The learning curve is not all that steep, and the fellow flyers will support you getting started, I'm sure.
