November 14, 20205 yr Bought it, visually stunning, but utterly disappointed about the flat runways at Helsinki. P3D supports it (finally), why are we stuck with FSX-style surfaces? EASA PPL SEPL + NQ / CB-IR in progress MSFS24 | X-Plane 12

But issue is same for MSFS, the big Guns releasing scenery with flat runways there aswell, Orbx even advertised on one of their recent MSFS releases to have undulating runways (while it in fact did not, and was called out on their forum). base sims support it, but it is apparent time to market matters more? November 14, 20205 yr The means to make sloping runways for FSX and P3D by building the airport upon a model is not a new concept. Orbx PAKT Ketchikan International Airport, KSNC Chester Airport and EGPB Sumburgh Airport are three such examples. The recent update to P3D does not change this requirement at all, it simply makes it possible for AI aircraft to use these models. There is no magic button to press that makes all runways slope, an airport would need to be completely redeveloped on its own model. As a matter of interest, some of the sloped runways in MSFS, the eternal comparison, are excessively sloped, perhaps just because they can be and therefore just as inaccurate to the pedant as a flat version. Yes....Credo.....How can we make money with less as possible effort..... But that is Devs decision. Regards, Marcus P.

November 14, 20205 yr Great scenery with excellent performance! One remark though, not a fan of the taxiway signs. Not sure if the models used in the scenery are true to IRL and the colours seem off a bit as well, needs a bit more orange and yellow backparts instead of grey: IRL:https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9832109 These old Aerosoft EFHK models seem alot better when compared to the MK-studios ones: Edited November 14, 20205 yr by Antonov22 Kind Regards, Peter
