So you have a working NAV2 instrument knob and the compass headings change on the gauge?

Hadn't checked that yet, will look.

Not working for me. The knob rotates but the compass doesn't change.

Does anyone have an INOP NAV2 OBS knob?  The knob animates but I cannot change the CDI needle.  I believe the instrument is working.

It looks like the latest ASOBO updates did it to us again. I shouldn't be surprised, but was so hopeful. Dam!

May have it's quirks, probably due to the last core update, but it's my first purchase through the Marketplace and I am really enjoying every of this twin !

It's the 2nd Carenado I buyin my life for a MS platform, first having been the B1900d for FSX, and it's far from being a bad buy - quite on the contrary !

And at less than €18,00, it's really a very worth buying add-on IMO.

Ah, and @desbean, I can confirm no compass card moving here too.

I swore I would never buy another Carenado but did get this since it was on sale.  I trained in this same model back in mid 90's and always enjoyed flying it.  I have done 2 quick flights and have to say I am impressed with it!  Flies just like I remember it but it has been a while so can't recall all of the power/speed settings but this is nice to hand-fly around.  I wonder if this is the Alabeo version?  I did have that a while back on P3D and actually enjoyed that one too.

Pretty much the Alabeo version for P3D without the GTN 750 integration and the ability to switch the G600 panels on the fly. 😀

The Alabeo version for P3D is absolutely outstanding.

Not that we have a great assortment of 3rd party aircraft yet, but I will have to say the Seminole and Mooney are my two favorite aircraft so far. So much fun to fly!

They look great, they are fun and "snappy" to fly, they behave like you predict, and they're probably two of the least taxing airplanes on the system.

I envy you - I've been trying to buy it and/or the Ovation and keep getting the dreaded "purchase failed" error no matter what I do after following the Microsoft sequence short of re-installing Windows 10 which is on their list of options . Hope you all continue to enjoy the sim while its working - I'm taking my bat and ball and I'm off back to X-Plane till they sort out the issues - I'm getting too old for this sort of agro. Happy flying Stay safe and have a great New Year in Microsoft world. Cheers Pete

Yes, it's good to have XP as a alternate solution - they're both, well together with AEFS2, excellent options each on it's own .

I haven't yet tried to buy the Ovation through the Marketplace, and if I do and something goes wrong as well I will report it here.

Hope you get across it !

There have always been both good and so-so Carenados, their flight modeling was never bad even in FSX or P3D on their best planes, it was slightly above average, not the best, but far far from the worst. Some of their planes they didn't spend enough time on though, and the flight models were wonky, I think I owned about 20 of the various models in FSX/P3D/Xplane. Like almost 3/4 of the planes I had flew fairly good. There were a few that were basically unusable due to invalid flight models, but it wasn't the norm at all.

I enabled UAC - Reset my MS Account and changed payment methods - email matches - Region settings match - reinstalled xbox app - tried launching MSFS from the xbox account- changed permissions - downloaded  many Gbs of non essential updates - held my tongue in various different positions and if I was a bit younger I might have tried a handstand.

I did a flight in MSFS yesterday with the standard 172 from KSFA north up the coast early morning using Weather Preset Pro -Towering clouds and the sky and light was stunning I have to admit. I would kill for the weather and light from MSFS transferred into X-Plane and would die on the gallows a happy man. Cheers Pete
