Improved FPS

Featured Replies

I just raised my frame rates from 12-14 to 22-26. This was done by deleting FS9 completely from my system. I have no idea why this would have made a difference, but it did. I defragged before and after I deleted FS9. Hope this might help a few.

I don't get it.

I increased FPS to 50+ with all sliders maximum by removing FSX and and then renaming the FS9 COF shortcut to FSX. No defragging was required. :-jumpy

No one told you not to run them both at the same time, huh? See, if you only run one at a time, you can double your fps. :-zhelp

I'm back full time to the FSX (this) forum now. It's pure entertainment all the time! The FS9 forum is...well.."boring". I see what I've missed the past month or so. This kind of stuff IS "priceless"!
