Don't waste your time.  It doesn't work.  If you do make those changes, remember to change them back after you realize that it doesn't fix the SU3 mess.

This fix increased the framerate at T76 bishop by 0.001 fps and reduced my hemorrhoids by 0.00001 inches.

Yes :
find the exe file, right click on it to open window properties.
In the Compatibility section, select "Disable full screen optimizations"
Select Override High dpi item scaling behavior.
