Hi Guys, I have been away for a bit was wondering I used a program to bring liveatc into P3D on Com 1 and 2  and loved it.

Why don't you just run it on any audioplayer in the background? No need for an extra program/app though.

Your are more than welcome flying on VATSIM and join the community. Then you will have real ATC 😄

If you can find a controller anywhere near where you are flying. When I used to fly Vatsim 80% of the time I wound up on Unicomm talking to myself.

Yes, that is often the case, especially when flying in the morning or afternoon. VATSIM is great at evening hours and yes, it kind of depends where you fly. As long as you know that there is an alternative, I am happy.

Does the App tune to the real frequency or just takes a random one, like a old schoo radio?

That happens, too, but at the same time if people aren't using it, it's not a solution either. I have controllers where I fly from 30-50% of the time (and I'm a newer user), but the bottom line is I sign on and fly. It needs more users to work, and not using it sure isn't going to solve the problem you've described. And the controllers on there are awesome!

liveatc.net is what I've been using and it's not bad.

Hey Guys thanks for the reply's as you may not have noticed I am a provider for LiveATC for my area.  I do fly online with others, but this is for just listening, with the above program I mentioned I could tune the live atc channel from my cockpit and just listen to what was going on that channel.  as I use  MSFS live traffic I think it would be cool tuning to that freq as I fly. I will message the designer of the program see if he is going to update it. again thanks for all the suggestions and your time.
