May 7, 20215 yr Hi Guys Before I post at zendesk can anyone see if they are missing a bing satellite tile at UK lake district 54.568, -3.151 I'm not using either cache (rolling or manual) and never seen this issue at this location prior to yesterday. Several restarts/reboots but issue remains. You can get to the location quickly by going into Dev mode and using teleport window 🙂 Edit: top two photos looking eastward. May 7, 20215 yr Have you checked the Bing Map? Usually missing aerial images are those places where the Bing map is cloud covered.

You could have checked that yourself before asking that question. Simply plug in the coordinates given into the windows "Maps" application and then look a the satelite image. If you had done that you wouldn't have had to ask the user if he had. Because you had seen that the images are absolutely cloud free in that area. 😉
May 7, 20215 yr I experienced the same flying from Pont-Aven to the coast. The whole region between Pont-Aven and Concarneau was without bing tiles. And that area has perfect Bing map coverage. No clouds, no military blurring, nothing. Is anybody able to reproduce that?
May 7, 20215 yr @boez I had similar issue for an area near my home airport. Reported a few days ago to Zendesk and lo and behold as of this morning it is back to normal. There are multiple reports of this issue worldwide. The MSFS community manager acknowledged it at the MSFS Forum. So .. just report it so that they are aware of it. I can't remember having seen this bug. It seems to affect only some of us. i9-11900K, RTX 4090, 32 GB ram, Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, TCA Airbus sidestick and quadrant, Reverb G2
May 7, 20215 yr I’ve seen something like that. It was a blurred square of imagery. It was like the sim was loading a lower LOD square of the imagery. I’ve see it “get fixed” in one area and appear in a different place (in a place it wasn’t present before). Not exactly the OP’s issue, but they might come from the same source, I think the servers are a bit unstable at the moment. I noticed Bing has updated their imagery for a lot of places, maybe this is causing it. 9800X3D@H150i // Msi RTX 5090 Trio OC // 64GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30 // 2TB + 1TB Nvme Dell 27" 2127DGF - 1440p - Gsync - 165hz Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus // TCA Quadrant Airbus // TFRP T.Flight Rudder Pedals // Logitech Flight Multi Panel
May 7, 20215 yr I just had this issue around 20 mins ago flying from KLFT to KBPT Southern Louisiana near the coast. It looked like the old FS9 with scenery sliders set to minimum, just flat looking auto-gen. After I landed I went to Key West and to Atlanta area and everything was normal. I also checked to make sure server was working and it was, at least I was connected. Makes one realize just how bad MSFS looks without streaming data for scenery. Edited May 7, 20215 yr by Bobsk8

Thanks Shack95 - I've not seen this myself until past few days! This location is one of my post-update test flights so I'm certain it wasn't a problem previously. Seems strange that it's not random tiles which could suggest a server connectivity error and as stated I've both restarted then rebooted to no avail. Cache off (actually never used since week 1).
May 7, 20215 yr Author I was resigned to a 6 hour complete re-install but I thought I'd try one more restart...and hey presto issue is now gone 🙂
