Only engine start needs to hop between two stations. After this, you can do everything from the pilots seat to fly from A to B. There are also 2D panels you can open to avoid changing seats.

The fact that they felt compelled to knock out a basic version of it for much less means the developers know it too. I'm sure they put a lot of work into it and are proud of their effort, but at the end of the day, a product is worth what people will pay for it, and clearly nobody was buying the expensive version if they had to resort to knocking out a cheaper version with far less features, but who is going to buy that and settle for second best? It's a classic example of misjudging the market, and especially when people are already leaving P3D in droves.

I have to agree with you Chock. I REALLY wanted this plane when it came out but I just couldn’t pay what they were asking for it. If it was around 60 bucks Canadian I would not have hesitated. Now they come out with a watered down version at a decent price and I’m thinking it will probably not sell all the well because, well, it’s a watered down version, I know I won’t buy it because of that reason. I’m sure it’s a wonderful plane and I wish Pilot’s well on their sales and I’m sure a lot of time went into it and  I hope they do well but I’m thinking their marketing was wrong. Pretty sure they would have done better selling a LOT of planes at a lower price than selling a few planes at a high price. They are in a tough situation now with this plane.

Seems to satisfy 2 groups of simmers 

“Lite” for aesthetics flight sim fans in love with scenery,planes and faraway places

”Pro” for the secret pilots amongst us who but for circumstances beyond their control can only dream but can come as close to that dream as possible 

Pays your money and makes your choice!

blaunarwal - go to the warbirds libary (you have to be a SOH member) look in P3D/P4D -Civilian Repaints - they are all there!

Thanks, I found it over a forum entry about seaplanes there. There's only 1 interior available there. The second one is from Yoyo, who only sent it to me after request by pm. The rest are outside liveries.
