PMDG hasnt updated their shop

Featured Replies

So I guess many of us are eagerly awaiting the release of the PMDG's DC6. For example, I have been checking PMDG's site every day for news about the release. As we know, not much else is known other than its june release date is upheld by Rob Randazzo. I would have expected the shop to be updated to reflect the upcoming release with "coming soon" or something along that line. The shop, however, has not been updated, and nowhere in the shop can you see any hint of the DC6 being close to release for MSFS.

Normally, that wouldnt be of any great importance, however PMDG has had a history of exactly that when it comes to their previous releases; some time before the actual release, you would see the product being put up on the storefront and marked with "soon". Often the estimated pricetag would be something hillarious like 20.000.000 dollars.

Since we still do not see the storefront reflecting the release, I am guessing the DC6 will be released closer to the end of the month. What do you guys think?

EDIT: Talk about the devil..! I just went to the storefront again, and they have gotten a new tab for MSFS. It's empty, but it is there 🙂

Maybe they're waiting now for the X-Box...

But why though they have said they're not putting their product on the Marketplace until several months after the release on their store. I really don't blame them get their money before MS gets it.

I can't wait for DC-6 to be released. I can only hope in will be this month

I vaguely recall something being discussed, not sure if it was the DC-6, but possible release dates of 15 June or 29 June were mentioned.

So I've been optimistically looking for it today.😀

You can fly over it in MSFS 2020, but not sure if the building is 3D. Google Maps isn't.

I would plan a maybe one month delay..😊
