June 20, 20214 yr Hey fellow simmers, On the lookout for a decent floatplane, anything of value out there at this time (freeware or payware) Thanks. June 20, 20214 yr I HIGHLY recommend both FlySimWare’s Grumman Widgeon as well as BlackBox Cessna L-19!

June 20, 20214 yr I would agree with the 172 mod and the FSW Widgeon. If you have prem deluxe, you can use the 172 amphib with steam gauges. There are two versions to download, one with the G1000 and one with steam. 5800X3D | Radeon RX 6900XT

Perfect, I much prefer the steam gauge c172... I’ll give this a try tonight! Yea float-planes are awesome, I luv all things bush flying related, I'm new to FS2020, but I had a Maule float on XP, & I remember on the old FSX there was a Dehaviland Beaver which was excellent also. If I'm not mistaken I think there is a C172 float in the marketplace section of FS2020, but it's a older model aircraft.

I don't know about the 172, but they said a few of the base planes would be getting them, so I wouldn't be surprised. Edited June 21, 20214 yr by Tuskin38
June 21, 20214 yr Awesome, once I figure out to download rest of the FS software, I'll check that out, thanks.
