it's another #FacePalm for Asobo, why not make these an Optional Download and not force them on everyone? in 5 years time we could have gigs worth of Liveries that no one asked for taking up valuable space. Common Sense Asobo.....Come on wake up FFS!

@ChaoticBeauty, my friend, tell me I am wrong !

No, I agree. I think both these and the legacy liveries should be optional downloads in the Marketplace rather than part of the base package (it doesn't do those with slow connections or data caps any good). I have no idea what prompted this change.

I like the Aviators Club liveries, but unfortunately the AI and static aircraft use them very often so I keep them uninstalled.

Common sense prevails, we can delete and they won't be downloaded again next update.

Hello everyone!

Please go to your content manager and delete these items if you don’t want Aviator’s liveries.
Next updates should not trigger a new DL of these liveries.

The AC liveries weigh 1.09 GB alone ! And MFS downloaded all of them included the ones for the two Premium version that I don't have.

1.09 Gb was the figure given by the CM for 28 liveries on my rig.
Whats this test pilot liveries ?! I hope they didn’t surreptitiously sneak another « gift » into my rig 😁 !

Those freeware vfr mods are brilliant.

Region 1 was one of my absolute favorite mods and was hardly even disabled.   Does a huge amount for VFR immersion.   I was so happy to see Region 2 finally come out.

Seriously, if you do any amount of VFR flying in one of the covered areas, get them.   🙂

About VFR, Asobo should make churchs/cathedrals a global thing. It’s nice to see them on the last World updates, but it would add a lot to the immersion adding them globally.

Did anyone succeed in spotting such a plane on a RL airport?😉

Solution get more storage they are very cheap right now. Another solution don't download World updates its an option not like sim updates.

The issue wasn't just about storage but the overall downloading of items that should've been optional from the start, thankfully they've seen sense and now done just that.
