My system failed the check since I am not secure boot capable. Apparently my BIOS is too old with no updates available. ATM, I am not upset.....

You are not going to be the only one... Give it some time, and solutions will be forthcoming.. 😉

The best thing I see for gamers and flight sim the GPU has direct access to your hard drive without going through the CPU, CPU bottlenecks could become a thing of the past, Games and sims load faster and possible scenery will load faster though the GPU.

I handle built in webcams with a piece of duct tape.

May not be enough.....many of the cameras actually can see into high infrared and I understand can "see" through many objects.   I understand this is used in some way with facial recognition too.

This is already turning into another hot mess from MS.  Draconian hardware requirements (why is TPM 2.0 so important when an overwhelming majority of hacks, attacks, and intrusions are social engineered?), questionable performance enhancements over Win10 (which ain't no champion in the performance department ☹️), and MS already pulling their wonky "PC Health Check" offered to the end user to check if their hardware will work.  Good that they pulled their app... it really didn't work well at all.  Hope that broken app doesn't portend what we'll get in their next OS.

To check your system (correctly and accurately) there is now WhyNotWin11  It's free and portable... and much faster than MS's sidelined offering.

Techspot has been kind enough to collect the current rumors and facts of Win11 in one place... we can only hope MS reads up and pays attention. 😃

Then take a strip of aluminum foil, fold it many times to make it reasonably thick and tape that over the camera.

I don`t have a web cam, If your on W10 you will move to W11 unless you don`t plan updating your 10 year old PC. Then the sims will leave your PC outdated.
