June 30, 20214 yr At 11:30 am mountain time today the guys from MSFS will be discussing the upcoming performance improvements and dx12 on Twitch. I am really looking forward to hearing about these improvements, which should be dropping with the next update at the end of July to correspond with the launch of MSFS on the xbox. https://www.twitch.tv/msfsofficial 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 96GB DDR5 | 4K G-Sync | Win11 Pro
June 30, 20214 yr Great! The incoming performance hikes and feature additions are the most exciting things for me about MSFS at the moment... Along with all of the new aircraft released like the DC-6... and new airports... and other add-ons... and all the great freeware... Come to think of it, there is a lot of good stuff going on really! 😀 Edited June 30, 20214 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). June 30, 20214 yr That's going to be interesting. Hope they will announce a date (not too sure though). Laminar Research customer -- Asobo/MS customer -- not an X-Aviation customer - or am I? 😉

It's the same as the Xbox version launch day - 27th of July. Excited - like a little kid at Christmas! 😀 After such a flat 12-18 months with the coronavirus issues, it's great to have some light at the end of the tunnel and things like this to look forward to! June 30, 20214 yr I wonder if they will give 50% off coupons for new GPUs for people that need them. 😉
June 30, 20214 yr I am looking forward to hearing that the tree draw distance will finally be extended once again with little impact on performance, and there will be a collective shout of joy heard all over the flight simulator world... 😃 Ken
