The colours pre and post update are very different for quite a few of us. Making changes to UserOpt.cfg helps.

If his monitor is color calibrated he definitely shouldn't have any saturated colors. The only time that happens is if you are using a preset. My monitor has several, from gamer to hdr. Depending on which one I choose, I can get subdue or saturated colors or even brighter washed out colors

I know, its amazing isn't it! Then by making alterations to a cfg file I managed to change it back again. Me and quite a few other people.

One thing I love about MSFS is how bright everything looks, just like in real life. Other sims make everything look too gamey.
