So you are complaining about over saturated colors and others about washed out color. It's obvious that your monitor might be in one of those modes that make the colors more saturated. My monitor is in srgb mode and I don't have any color saturation or overly bright bloom

Er no, my monitors are calibrated for photography on a monthly basis so are extremely accurate. The colours pre and post update are very different for quite a few of us.  Making changes to UserOpt.cfg helps.

Did you download the new version? It's in the Marketplace under Free.

Thinking about my drop in FPS during Panning with VSYNC on and people talking about stutters during this movement.

Somehow they are connected .

I use Fraps still for FPS counter :-)

My monitors are color calibrated for photography with displaycal also and I still don't have over saturated colors.

Why are you still using Fraps when there are better alternatives? That's probably what's causing your issues

Don't know why you guys are still here with this awful graphics. I'm sure ya'll will have fun with XP or p3d

it's hard to think of any aspect of MSFS that could truly be described as "awful" at this point

Already got the gold star 🌟 mate. Go back and calibrate your monitor or change your preset and mum might get you a 🌟 too

You probably messed up the calibration or some setting

Or he might be trolling. If his monitor is color calibrated he definitely shouldn't have any saturated colors. The only time that happens is if you are using a preset. My monitor has several, from gamer to hdr. Depending on which one I choose, I can get subdue or saturated colors or even brighter washed out colors

No, what I did was install SUV and as part of the update, they changed things. I know, its amazing isn't it! Then by making alterations to a cfg file I managed to change it back again. Me and quite a few other people.

Then you're not describing what you noticed correctly. One thing I love about MSFS is how bright everything looks, just like in real life.

Other sims make everything look too gamey.

Nope its not Fraps thats the root to stutter/FPS/VSYNC issues

Its just a great software when Shift-Z is/was on pause

How do you know that? Have you ever tried without Fraps?
