Released! FS2Crew for the FBW A32NX Project - Finally!

Captains,

Team FS2Crew is happy to announce that the long awaited FS2Crew for the FBW A32NX has been released -finally!

Download it now at:  www.fs2crew.com

I know it's been a long wait, but we had to redesign everything from scratch and start new.

This is our first major FS2Crew airline crew simulation for MSFS, and the first of many more to come.

It's the same concept as the old FS2Crew's, but the style is very different.

If you're coming from the old FS2Crew's, it'll take you a few flights to get used to the new interface system.

As promised for FS2Crew A320 Flight Crew Button Control owners, the product is currently discounted at 50 percent off with no coupon code required.

Notes:

1. You need to use the latest DEVELOPMENT VERSION of the FBW A32NX.  Make sure you have it.

2. There is no traditional PDF manual.  Since 95 percent of all users never read the manual anyway, we decided to try something different.

The information you need is now presented directly on screen via the new ASSIST panels.

The ASSIST panels essentially help guide you through the flight.

Moreover, we're making extensive use of Tooltips to describe what the various buttons do.  If you don't know what a button does on the panel, please refer to the Tooltip.

3. As mentioned above, expect that it will take you a few flights to get used to the new system.  It's all brand new, so if you have any questions, don't be shy, please ask them there and we'll be happy to answer you.

4. The FBW A32NX (and MSFS) change frequently as we all know.  If something stops working, please work with us, it could be due to an update.  Just let us know and we'll update FS2Crew.

Thanks Bryan, already installed and can't wait to use it

Hi Bryan,

The wait was long, but finally, here it is. Congrats. Just a simple question. As I am a "button only" user of the previous version, will this new version (MSFS2020) also include a "button only" option, too?

Kind regards,
Hans van WIjhe

I'm already in the air. It was a pleasure to have participated in the beta! Thx Bryan for this job after months of waiting! 😉

Oh dear, when entering my email address in the returning customer field, this address is not being recognized. However, my email address is recognized when I login at the home page. Ant help to get my discount would greatly be appreciated, taking it that I do need my email address to be eligible for this discount 🙂

Kind regards,
Hans van WIjhe

You need to create a "new" account on the current FS2Crew website.

Old FS2Crew accounts were not migrated from the old website to the new website.

For the discount, we didn't bother with coupon codes this time.

We wanted to make things as easy as possible.

It's 50 percent direct off the price.

No coupon code or account check required.

Bryan, I have an account on the new website, how else would I be able to login to it? 🙂 So the 50% off price is 19,99 Euro? Correct?

Kind regards,

Does this FBWA320 FS2Crew have a panel open all the time like Pushback Express?  BTW I use the PDF manual almost every time I use the P3D FS2Crew products, as I follow through the voice tutorials and use it kind of like a checklist.  I guess I need to do that becuase I switch between aircraft so much, so it gets a bit confusing going from type to type to type.  I have the same issue in DCS, where every few months I will start to use a new module I haven't used in a while and I need to do the startup tutorials as a refresher again 😄.  To be fair, the F-14 startup can take about an hour when you're doing all the tests and checks.

Is there a tutorial video available to walk through how to use this?  I have been a long time user of all of the prior versions of FS2C in P3D on the Boeing aircraft but admittedly, I am confused and completely stumped on how to use this new interface...😕

Update:  OK, I managed to fumble through a flight. If you have the Assist page open, it is a big help. Bryan may very well be correct...it will take a few flights to get used to!

There's no more tutorial PDF. Bryan said so. Assistance is found in the FBW panel interface. You'll find all the stages of the flight of cold and dark to shutdown.

There's no PDF... we're trying some thing different for this once since we recognize that 95 percent of all users don't read manuals... I'm not judging, because when it comes to not reading the manual I'm probably the worst out there.

The key to this version of FS2Crew is to use the new "Assist" panels.

Just open the "Assist" Panel and basically just follow it.

It'll take you a few flights to get the hang of it, but once you get used to it you'll be glad we did it this way.  No more PDFs.
