August 16, 20214 yr So right now it seems like the weather engine has a tendency to always depict a thunderstorm if the forecast model predicts any possibility of a thunderstorm. If we are talking about vertical air movement associated with convective activity, perhaps they have limited that implementation due to overly aggressive storm modeling? Chris

Yesterday I had thunder and lightening at KESN more than 24 hours after the last occurrence and the skies yesterday were depicted as scattered with no sign of convective activity. At one time this had been addressed? Or did it lapse then due to some seasonal factor. Don't know which. GTA5 is you can take off in a 747-like plane in 5 seconds, can't do that in this. Are you saying the real 172/152 pilots who have said the physics are accurate in this sim are lying? Well supraluminal speed is not modelled at all well, mainly because we have no tachyons, the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle is .. well .. uncertain, the Schrödinger Wave Function refuses to collapse (probably due to errors in the representation of the Hamiltonian operator and that d@mn cat is still missing. If you do happen to observe that annoying feline let Albert Einstein, Boris Podolsky and Nathan Rosen know you have seen it.
