Hi,

Since SU5, I have two issues:

1. My "/" key for spoilers toggle wont work on any jet, I'm using default keyboard profile.

2. The Cessna Longitud banks slightly left and right when in cruise or climbing and/or descending from or about 250 KIAS, AP on.

Any idea? Anyone having similar issues too?

Can't help, I have the same two problems.

 

Glad I'm not the only one, hope WU6/SU6 address those issues.

I believe that since SU5, if you assign keys for the spoiler extend and the spoiler retract (separate assignments, rather than the '/' toggle), they will work.

Ill have to test this issue because i could swear my spoiler assignment works and i only have that same / button. Will check and confirm when i get home.

As for the Longitude LOL .. good luck with that Asobo has been trying to get that thing to fly properly in high alt cruise for months.. i gave up on it. Love the Jet but it keeps getting fiddled with and never seems stable.

In fact that Longitud was sort of okey-ish before SU5, not to mention the dolphin dance days when the plane performed horrible. Please don't forget to report back if your spoiler works ok.

Spoilers works ok for me, I think I use extend and retract, use Dakfly's mod.

I would swear I've encountered the same thing. Since SU5 I KNOW I've successfully used my spoiler toggle button to extend and retract spoilers on an aircraft - but I don't remember which one, and any aircraft I've flown lately, the toggle will only retract if the spoilers auto-deploy, but I can't get them to deploy with the toggle.

Just Tried it (The spoilers)

Mine works .. tested on the FBW airbus.. Come to think of it i remember using it yesterday when i was a tad high and needed to dump some alt and speed before entering into a constrained area so im 100% sure its been working.

I would recommend deleting the assignment .. save the deletion and then re assign it and save again. I use the toggle assignment not the open and close separate one.

Doing the reassignment now...aaaaand, YES, works on the CRJ!

Thanks for the suggestion. I thought I tried reassigning already, but clearly I hadn't.

I've said that I have the same issue with spoilers, and I've tried deleting and reassigning with no success.

You may need a second profile then. Or find out if you can delete the profile safely and it will be reconstituted. (Im not sure because i've never had to do that so find out BEFORE attempting it)

I spoke too soon. It was the CRJ that the spoiler toggle had worked for me, but even after deleting the assignment, saving and then reassigning, the spoiler toggle won't work for me in the WT CRJ or the Longitude.

The second profile did the trick, thanks. I assigned one key for spoiler deployment and another one for the retraction. However I liked the default keyboard profile with its "/" default key assignment for just spoiler toggle prior to SU5. Now I hope that SU6 may fix the Cessna Longitude banking problem at cruise.
