Intuitive the new tool is not but following the tutorial on the official forums I cobbled this one together.....

I'm not going to win any awards but I can see the potential to create some great content.

Yeah, once it clicks, and you understand it's capabilities, it is a powerful tool.

It is very powerful indeed. I wasn't really expected to be like this, I mean when they said beta, I thought it is going to a so so quality but it turns out something that is very cool indeed 😃

Nice landing to boot. Nice.

could you give me a general spot to look for the instructions? I looked at the forum and didn't find it.

Found it (the instructions) and I'm a little sad.

I tried to copy paste and the mess below ensued.  The point is you HAVE to use a x-box controller to move the camera. So. There's that. This on the heels of them disabling my PS controller (used to work fine; no longer even recognized) a few updates back and I'm starting to see a pattern here. I guess I didn't want to record after all.

5 - Record a Camera track

The replay tool allows you to record new cameras on a recorded sequence, thanks to this feature you have the possibility to create a unique flight sequence by adding new views and switch between them.

GOOD TO KNOW : XBOX CONTROLLER IS NEEDED TO MODIFY CAMERA POSITION, YOU CAN’T DO IT WITH YOUR KEYBOARD

Ahh, the landing replay external flyby view at the runway threshold.   In FS9 you simply entered in the amount of time to go back in flight, chose a spot on the world map and what camera to view the replay and...voila.  Things were so simple 18 years ago.

I forgot to start recording my landing. No replay for me 😞

I have key binds to control the drone camera and it works a treat in the replay, I do not use an Xbox controller.

I am not sure to what they refer here but if you click on record camera track, you can move the camera like normal e.g with mouse, keyboard...etc.

Yea see my comment above, I don’t use Xbox controller and my key binds all worked so don’t let that put you off.

Same, I use a 3d Connexion mouse for camera views and they carried on through to the video mode.
