FlyByWire Simulations | A32NX | Development Version

On my last flights by using the FBW A320 I have got strange performance problems. I have posted this already on the FBW A320 DX12 thread, when I was flying a route in New Zealand.

I am using the newest Developer Version of the FBW A320.

So, that's my problem:
As long as I am on the ground the performance is fine. As soon as I am in the air after the takeoff, the performance goes down very often, and stutters appear. Then as soon as I have landed, performance is fine again. I have just experienced this behavior on a flight from ZSPD to VHHH.

I also tried to close every external tools, like AIG, Aivlasoft, virus scanner, but nothing helped.

Can you imagine what can cause these problems?

Patric

DX12 is very unoptimised right now. It is considered as a beta implementation. It has it's glitches and proplems, especially with glass cockpits. We suggest using DX11 for the time beeing (until Asobo improves DX12).

Sorry, I have forgotten to mention, that I am using DX11.

This is strange. I don't have any performance issues right now. Maybe you should try a clean install. Check also this (especially the topic 'Clean Install Steps'): https://docs.flybywiresim.com/fbw-a32nx/installation/

OK, Thanks for the info.

I've got one more question regarding the problem I described above.

I have linked the FBW A320 folder to the community folder by using the MS AddOn Linker. I use this option for a few days now. Could this be an issue?

Actually, I don't know. I don't use the Addon Linker. I can't think of something which could cause this. But that doesn't mean anything. Try it out...
