Hi there,

we have released our custom flight management system into our development version! This marks the end of testing cFMS in our experimental branch which will be on hold until the next feature testing cycle begins.

Please look through the page below for information on what’s included, guides, and known issues!

We plan on releasing a NOTAM with more information at a later time.

Do you suggest that those of us that have been using the Exp version switch do Dev?  Sounds like nothing much gained in the Exp version at the moment?  Thanks for your work!!

Yes, cause Exp will be on hold for now. Further imrovements will be on dev version only.

Are you still working on implementing the VNAV functionality? That would also be a huge step forward.

BUT: I would really like to thank your for pushing this product further and further....it's my favorite Plane to fly in this simulator (and I am a Beta Tester for LM P3D.......)

Yes, we do. 🙂

Thanks for this.  On my first flight the aircraft only loaded the STAR portion of my flight plan, other than that it was direct from my departure to the first waypoint of the STAR.  It was a flight plan created in Simbrief.  Tried it a second time with the same result so it is repeatable.

Not at all, FPS the same. I am using DX11.

Hm. I get 60 outside the plane, but 40 in the cockpit.

It's always been a bit less in the cockpit than outside, you have to expect that, but it's the same as before SU7 for me. 60 outside, I have Vsync set, and 40 to 50 in the VC.

FPS fine here though vsync'ed at 30 fps anyway. however, AP is more sensitive, AP was disconnected 4 to 5 times while enroute from ENVA to EKCH at FL320. No idea why, no floor protection, just FYI, not familiar with discord but I trust this is being reported "over there" and will be addressed by FBW in due time

Just flown to LIRF which had a lot of issues on approach, it works like a charm!

Thank you for your efforts and this fantastic aircraft.

Great work thanks!… Who would have thought, a year and a half of MSFS and it’s still FBW that keeps a lot of us coming back to this sim!

Eight hours and one minute after leaving JFK I touched down at LGW.  RW realistic for this airline and aircraft combination, perhaps not- but for me this was a first.  It has been a long time since I enjoyed a non-stop Trans-Atlantic trip in the FLs, and Fifi did it splendidly in MSFS.  There are shortcomings in the sim, no doubt.  There's still much work remaining for a full featured A320 simulation, no doubt.  That said, FBW provided me one of the very best freeware flight experiences ever and I was glad enough about the Trans-Atlantic to express thanks.

Just one of the many delights during the crossing was to be distracted by the reflection of two perfectly readable MCDU screens in the windscreen glass… so completely understandable and authentic it was startling!

I miss my PMDG Boeings in MSFS (for the moment) and am very much looking forward to Fenix's debut, but for right now FBW is doing STELLAR and altruistic work and should be recognized for it. BZ!

That image shows how impressively realistic MSFS looks and could be mistaken for a IRL photo!
