December 26, 20214 yr I was cruising along in the external view enjoying the scenery. Decided to go to cockpit view to check the gauges. Everything normal, Scanned over to the right to check the MFD and then back to the left to the normal view. I was surprised that I was seeing a large pair of sunglasses completely covering the front view. Just like the pilot would view it from his eyes. Scanned back to the right again and then right back, and it was gone. Only lasted a few seconds. Weird,, Has anyone else seen this? December 26, 20214 yr well.. what aircraft? Also could have been the pilot or co-pilot model and you somehow got the camera right behind their shades.
December 26, 20214 yr Author The Bonanza. The camera position is the same one I've used hundreds of times. I think it was what we used to call Easter Eggs. A programmer slips these things in for a laugh, so when the proper set of circumstances occur it triggers it. I remember a flight sim from years ago if you went to the Microsoft airfield and went into a certain hanger, there was a picture of Bill Gates and his design team. There were others spread all around.the country. Roy i7-10700 CPU @2.90 GHz, 32 GB Ram, nVadia GTX1660ti, Samsung 1 TB SSD Drive

December 27, 20214 yr Author I don't drink or smoke any of that funny stuff. Not fake news. It actually happened. It was definitely a pair of sun glasses. Roy i7-10700 CPU @2.90 GHz, 32 GB Ram, nVadia GTX1660ti, Samsung 1 TB SSD Drive
December 27, 20214 yr A likely story😉 On a serious note, as Kernel32 mentioned, it could be one of the models of the pilots in some kind of glitch. There was such a glitch a few weeks ago with the Just Flight PA28 series where the pilots from the exterier view were showing up the VC and you appeared inside them. I didn't see it myself though. 5800X3D - Strix X570-E - 32GB 3600Mhz DDR4 - AMD RX 9070 XT- Samsung 980 Pro x2

More likely that he picked up a celebrity stowaway! Or a shameless plug for the latest new line of aviator's sunglasses! December 27, 20214 yr Yes, it has happened to me. G58 and C172. It is like the pilot which you see in external view is still there in the internal view and you are looking through the pilot. 9950X3D, PNY 5090, 64GB DDR5 6000, MSI X870-P, GIGABYTE AORUS Gen5 2TB NVMe, 3440x1440 AW3423DW gsync ultimate.
