December 30, 20214 yr Might sound weird but those homecockpits are a complete immersion killer for me. Not to offend the OP but they always look so "somehow put together" and you alwas have to fly with night lighting inside while bright daylight in the sim. Nothing i could cope with. What counts for me and many cockpit builders : I am sitting inside a cockpit which gives you a very real feeling. And the view is very immersive. I'd prefer using VR if i had to chose but actually i am very happy with my Screen and mouseview. If i need more immersion i go out and fly the real thing.
