January 9, 20224 yr To be honest, this looks more like you have the Switzerland POI addon installed from flightsim.to rather than default. I am pretty sure I only have a fraction of those marker in my setup. But then, I anyway have POI turned off in my sim, dont now if this also deactivates them on world map. But not Austria, France, Germany, UK. oops, found the answer, the Swiss Mesh in the marketplace says 'adds hundreds of POIs'. Most of these POIs are not Towns, but mountains peaks, which are many in Switzerland, and useful for VFR flying. I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.
