January 23, 20224 yr Bob- you may want to read up on differential thrust steering... it's not uncommon not to have a water rudder on multi engine aircraft. Also, don't forget- larger aircraft generally use ramps or tenders... it's not a Beaver... Best- Carl Avari-Cooper
