O.K., I went back and tried the scenery again and there's some improvements that weren't there before. The 'The Palais des Festivals' is now there and the very visible landmark 'Marina Baie des Anges' is there. Nice is still mostly default and it's nowhere near any AUS WU7 cities but at least it's tolerable now and way better than trying to use the Google options that's out there. So thanks albeit your sarcasm you've brought me back to the area.
