I'm not much of a fan of Peterson he comes out with some utter nonsense on a regular basis, but this lady is rather silly to challenge a clinic phycologist in regard to his opinion that is based on well documented research.

I never studied female aggression for fifteen years, but I do recall a saying of New York's famous socialite Mrs. Astor: "If you can't say anything good about someone, sit right her beside me, dear." Peterson is an interesting fellow who became sort of a guru for Millennial males. Chances are if you're over fifty and know about the guy you heard of him from one of your sons. I think the attractively dressed redhead interviewer was just trying to be provocative and Peterson seems to be slightly bemused by having to interact with a lesser being. He did get his book plug in, though, which is why any writer does any interview. Remember Robert Bly, and Iron John? Bly was a Jungian; not sure what Peterson is, but I doubt that. And if you're fifty or over, you might have discovered Bly on your own. But I thought some of his stuff was weird.

Having raised three teenage daughters I know all I ever want to know about female aggression.  When my own daughter and step daughter were both 14 and my youngest daughter was 12 1/2 I didn't realize at the time that I was about to enter the most turbulent half a decade of my life.  I was in the National Guard at the time I remember thinking, "Please, someone start a war somewhere so I can get outa here."

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

If I had better knowledge of what teenage girls in high school were really like I would have started dating much later in life.😂

Oh yes, he's very fond of quoting Jung. And I watched a video once where he told of  a paranormal experience he was involved in. Sounded like made up nonsense to me, full of inconstancies, and just an excuse to claim some kind of Jungian synchronicity was taking place.

Some of the comments he made recently on Rogan's podcast were bonkers too. Relating to transgender stuff.

Peterson loves his "word salad". He has a good vocabulary and as you'd expect, knows all of the fancy psychology terms, and this is of course a great way to make something implausible sound plausible.

When you guys start talking about warp drives and gravity I am completely lost because I know nothing about the subjects.  So I have to assume your 'word salads' are both plausible and believable because I don't have the knowledge to say otherwise.  So mostly I just eye scan your words and assume you're all correct and try to learn something.

Its not word salad in our case. Word salad is a collection of words and phrases meant to confuse. We don't mean to confuse. We just use the proper terms and dont throw in as many buzz words and technical terms as possible just for effect.

Well, as someone who really doesn't know what you are talking about except in broad generalities it sounds like word salad to me.

Peterson was undeniably correct in his facts, and I think also here quite sensible in his opinions. I do not expect such scruples from the BBC, and therefore am not surprised at the loaded questions and challenges by this interviewer.

I’ve been married for 15 years so I’d say that I’m well versed in that subject 😂

I’m still looking for her but can’t find this lady you speak of.
