Any ski resorts out there?

Featured Replies

Took a little trip KDEN>CYVR>CYSE then a drone ride to Whistler. Looked pretty cool and I thought the runs were nicely represented, but I thought it would be cool if the lifts and surrounding resort buildings were there. Are there any ski resorts out there with all of the above? 🙂 Also thought the sounds of wilderness at dusk was a pretty nice touch, heard a bunch of wolves, but didn't see any. I did this trip once before back in FS2004 and the transformation of what this looked like back then and now is amazing. We came a loooong way.

I have a neighbor named Wolinski!  But he resorts to drinking too much!

Hi Glenn thanks for the heads up!!

By the way, the working Page was the lifts I was working on, should rosa that Page now because work has finished, and they have been released!

This Is the go to Page if you want to see the full coverage 🤓

I'd love to see Whistler get a scenery package of some sort.

I had a great flight there and back from Santa Cruz in the Kodiak, imagining the cargo hold was full of mountain bikes.

Currently circumnavigating the world in a mix of Cessna and Piper aircraft.

My Default Setup; MSFS, Honeycomb Alpha, Thrustmaster Hotas X, TrackIR, Samsung Galaxy Tab, JustFlight Piper Arrow. Simworks Quest Kodiak 100.

Wishlist; Honeycomb Bravo, Honeycomb Charlie.

1:400 Airline Model Collector.

Project lifts really is amazing, it adds lifts on everything from world class ski hills to the small 500-800ft vertical hills that we have in my neck of the woods.

I saved this list that someone put together of ski resorts and the associated airport. At one time I had meant to travel to each of them, but have not gotten there yet. I cannot vouch for the scenery, but being mountainous strips the ones I have been to are pretty great!
