I guess that's why Verdic astrology has only been around for 5,000+ years 🙂 .

Longevity does not determine veracity. There are still people around that believe the Earth is flat and that goes back to 450 bc.

And as I said, we know that due to "procession" the stars aren't even in the same place making a nonsense of the Vedic predictions.

And as I said, the inverse square law tells us that the gravitational influence from a distant astronomical body can't influence us in nay significant way.

Fallacious concepts enduring is due to human psychology not science, not fact.

I remember someone saying that a nearby passing truck would have more influence than a distant star.

Any gravitational influence nearby would be many many orders of magnitude greater. Its possible for our solar system to be microscopically affected by a nearby star, in terms of perturbations to the Oort cloud but that's a miniscule affect that happens over extreme time frames.

I should have said "or planet" but there might be a case to be made for the moon since it can influence the tides. Not that I believe any astrological theories.

Well yes, the proximity of the planets in our solar system has a very significant affect on the Earth, even in terms of our climate. Now consider  stars that are many light years away in terms of the inverse square law. The gravitational force between two masses is directly proportional to the product their masses and inversely proportional to the square of their separation distance.

Its not a case of  the moon can influence the tides, it absolutely does, The Moon is responsible for tides, along with the sun and along with the rotation of the Earth. The Moon however influences tides the most.

Give up? You haven't  tried to convince anyone. You've contributed no evidence at all, or a mechanism by which this magical astrological influence could work.

Believe in what? Astrology?

I feel for those who believe in unscientific stuff that has zero evidence for its veracity.

I do know the true joy of being thanks. Without believing in made up nonsense.

The seventh house is traditionally associated with Libra. The Scales are all about harmony and balance, and these qualities are reflected in a seventh house, too. The Moon here soaks up these energies. It wants to be liked and surrounded by people above all.

A natal Moon in the seventh house gifts you with a charming personality.

I would say totally astrologically oriented! 👽

Pity that you live where the weather is so bad your charming personality may not shine through  :)))

Sometimes I feel like the universe is laughing behind my back every time I look away from the sky. It regains stability and looks normal as soon as I turn my head and peak again at the sky.
