May 24, 200719 yr I don't agree with putting a product on pre-order 6 months to ayear before release, but never the less its looking good. Certainly my most anticipated release, along with the Aerosoft A-10. http://sio.midco.net/FTP5/preview60_fsxb.jpghttp://sio.midco.net/FTP5/preview57_fsxb.jpghttp://sio.midco.net/FTP5/preview55_fsxb.jpghttp://sio.midco.net/FTP5/preview56_fsxb.jpg

May 24, 200719 yr Hey Solar,I was wondering about one of your addon aircraft, I think it is a p-51. Reflective silver texture, you used it in a screenshot within another thread. Anyway, I was impressed and was wondering where I could track down that beauty.ThanksDanon O.

May 24, 200719 yr >This is impressive for you :-hmmm>>OK. *:-*>>Perhaps military sims have some catching up to do ...Are you serious? You do realize that is an UNFINISHED cockpit right? There will eventually be textures in the rest of it.Show me a single fighter plane for FS with a better VC. I'm quite sure you cannot do it.
May 24, 200719 yr >Is Falcon: Allied Force any good?>>Bryan>It's the creme de la creme of military flightsims, In every way, full blown dynamic campaign, flight model, systems modeled. Can be quite overwhelming the first time you try it, but like with fs if you take your time to get into it, you will never look back.Thomas

Anyway, I was impressed and>was wondering where I could track down that beauty. This one? Its the RealAir Spitfire with the "Pure steel" textures available in the library. Search the Fs2004 repaitns section for "RealAir Spitfire" and it will be the third one listed.http://sio.midco.net/111lll/cruise.jpg
May 24, 200719 yr Thats the one! Thanks....Im assuming the realair spitfire is FSX compatible?? Thanks again.Danon -

May 24, 200719 yr >Thats the one! Thanks....>>Im assuming the realair spitfire is FSX compatible?? Thanks>again.Yeah works pretty good. You jsut have to copy the textures from the main texture folder into the texture for each repaint, otherwise you won't get cockpit texture from the external view, etc...
May 24, 200719 yr >Read what I said ... military.Yeah I read that, though I'm not sure what your point is.But you are right, the military sims for FS are not very good, which is why I am looking forward to this one.
May 24, 200719 yr >Yeah I read that, though I'm not sure what your point is.Ok, my only point was that there are 3-rd party civilian aircraft addons with far superior VC graphics than what I see here (even accounting for the missing textures).Michael J.http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/9320/apollo17vf7.jpg Michael J.
May 25, 200719 yr Those pics of Falcon4 look like Flat 2D images. Are they really 3D clickable VC? (I have no idea, I haven't used Falcon since the original version. I tried 3.0, but my computer couldn't handle it at the time).Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)N15802 KASH '73 Piper Cherokee Challenger 180 Tom Perry
May 25, 200719 yr What's the point. I bet you most of those buttons don't work. In military simulation, Falcon4 rules.
