That's not really a suprise. Could you test what happens when you delete the WU PG cities but leave PG on, as suggested here?

That’s what I did but I guess I was not clear on that.  I uninstalled the PG world updates but left PG on in the settings.

Ah great, now then that's a solid proof of the method! Will do the same now for my next Maddog flight.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I'm confused. What's the point of leaving PG on after deleting the PG world updates?

Much of the PG is baked into the Bing maps. The World Updates having been seeing a small addition to the total with the enhancement of select cities, like Lisbon for example. Since I fly mostly in NA. Uninstalling WU photogrammetry has zero impact on my scenery but a huge impact on my ground FPS in NA cities with lots of PG. And FWIW, Lisbon still looks very good, even with the PG removed.

Good to know. It seems to have a much more pronounced effect in the US/Canada. That is for sure. Thanks for checking. For instance, all my tests are at gate 39 at KPHX. Noon with few clouds. It's a photogrammetry city.

Can you give a recommendation for one of the most demanding PG cities anywhere on the planet?  I'd like to go there and observe main-thread demand.
