Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

Yeah its all nonsense. Judge dismissed it. All legal experts were of the opinion it didn't stand a chance. Herd and her team almost certainly knew it couldn't succeed, the motive is PR and firing up her bonkers followers.

I didn't know it was rejected. I guess the Judge threw the suit through the ropes and out of the ring. Maybe Amber could become a popular wrestling star. Help to raise some cash!

Should she ever be granted a re-trail, there is no guarantee that she would not lose again and maybe lose even more money.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

To be honest, there was zero evidence for her claims, but lots of evidence in favour of Depp. The court case was conducted as it should have been.

A retrial stands pretty much zero chance of happening and if it did the same result would be inevitable.

For a retrial there has to be major failings in the legal system identified... and there was none.

This is all just her PR team trying to fire up her fan base. Any competent lawyer would have told her an appeal would likely fail.

Not to appear in the least bit cynical, while the failure was taking place, any lawyer would still be earning astronomical sums of money though.

That's not cynical, it's factual.

It's not really. Apart from a few mainstream media channels telling lies to suit their agenda and a few YouTube channels highliting the utter nonsense those media outlets are propogating.

Where this case is important is in highliting how family law, DA etc, even if you happen to be a celebrity, regards males as guilty untill proven innocent.
