August 16, 20223 yr Or Hotlanta as they call it this time of year. I started on vatsim but then all the controllers logged off (I then remembered why I don't vatsim unless it's an event!) This gave me time to take screenshots.... Routing was: KBNA TIPPN3 BRXTN CHPPR CHPPR1 KATL - FL270. With an MMO of .89 I was screaming towards ATL. I think my groundspeed was over 550 at one point. So here I've started my climbout from Nashville (approach/departure was on but once they left I had more time to take shots) global1 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr I've found this area to be fairly scenic global2 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr I may need to do some low and slow down here global3 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr On the arrival I pass this small field...I think it's Atlanta Fulton KFTY global4 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr That's what I'm looking for... global5 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr There have been some improvements made to the cockpit but maybe someone could give it some real love (and the avionics are actually ProLine Fusion and not G3000). I would say it's barely vatsim-worthy at this time. Once WT releases their G3000 refresh I'd say it'll be a lot better. global6 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Coming through these buildups... cool skyline in the background global7 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Intercepting the ILS 26R global8 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr global9 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Glamour views global10 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr global11 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Asobo's rendition is actually decent global12 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Keep the GPU on for a quick pax change and then off to a tropical destination... global13 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Edited August 16, 20223 yr by ryanbatc | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

August 16, 20223 yr hmmmm🤔. Ryan, how does it fly? I fly Gulfstreams, but this might fit my urge lol. I have always thought the globals looked nice. A few of the peeps I flew with in the USAF flew them on deployments. But, I could fly this and pretend 🤣. Rick D http://g5flyer.tumblr.com/

Grab that paintjob but don't look too close LOL. Basically it's an FSX port with G3000. I just make it look nicer than it is hehe. I'm also getting the overspeed pole at like 260 kias at 15k ft so there's that. I asked the author about it. I'm wondering what climb profile you would use when you fly the G4 or whichever one you do fly. On this jet I can't find much info but I presume it's something like 300 kias / mach .80 ?No idea. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

So our normal run is directly up to FL450 using 250 to 10000, 300 until .80, .80 up to cruise. If I am a little behind or trying to make up time, 320 at 10000, 320 to .83, .83 to cruise and then .85 at cruise. Only problem is if you are at max weight, you might not be able to get up to FL450 with out giving up some mach. Maybe .81 or .82. .83 or above, you reach a point where you exceed the envelope and the climb rate gets down to 500 per minute or less. Don't ask me how I know.......Ok, alright. I was on a flight doing some training with a new Capt. He and the other guy was running things with my watchful eye from the jump seat. Dropping nuggets here and there for them. I went to the back to help the FA do something and when I came back, the jet was barely climbing. They saw my concern and asked me if a high temp dev would do that. I answered, possibly as I pulled up the perf section on the third FMS head. I noticed they had it perf'd at .83. I then pulled out the QRH and looked at the climb charts. I then handed it to the PNF and had him look at weight and speed. He responded, I am off the chart. I responded, that's your problem. They tried .82 and she mozied on up there. August 17, 20223 yr Lovely set of pix, Ryan. Excuse my appalling ignorance, but what is that aircraft?
