Fenix?

Yes, that is what I recalled, and I made a note to myself after reading his comments that I would not buy any of their products.

He's a beta tester, not part of the FSL team and he doesn't get paid anything and I'm sure no FSL member would lash out at another product like that. Not sure who you're trying to 'punish' here to be honest. I didn't like his post either but I personally don't think a beta tester posting something I didn't like is enough for me to avoid buying the dev's product. Beta testers and developers are still two very different groups.

I remember now he was very critical of Fenix and never explained how FSL Airbus was to 1:1 to real life. Anyways how many RW A320 pilots that stream prefer to use FSL over Fenix?

To be fair the FSL A320 and how close it is to real life wasn't the topic and he was right on the points he raised about the Fenix. But the communication was rather unpleasant and talking like that about another rival product without disclosing being affiliated with the other dev didn't help.

Exactly, I guess my memory isn't as bad as I thought it was.

Not trying to "punish anyone, where did I say that in my post. I simply said I wouldn't buy their products, do I not have a right to say that?

So many airlines use the IAE not having that option right now kinda sucks, ya I know patience.

SAS does afaik but I am flying SAS regardless with the current version. No problem at all. 😎

I didn't say you don't have a right to say that, Bob. I presented a differing opinion, since I personally disagree that a beta tester saying something unfortunate is a reason to stop buying the developer's products.

Ok. Let me get this straight.

After „PMDG bad!!!!“ now it’s also „FSL bad!!!!“?

How do you feel about a company putting malware on your PC, is that OK with you too?

No, that's not okay with me, but this also isn't the point since we were talking about not buying their products because of a beta tester's unfortunate post and I also never said his post was okay with me... I wasn't intending to get into this too much since it's off-topic.

What you said was that after reading comments from "someone from FSL", you made a note to yourself not to buy any of "their" products.

The comments you referenced were not made by "someone from FSL" so lumping him together with the company and declaring that you're not buying any of "their" products as a result of what he said can be pretty fairly characterized as intended as a punishment--and one aimed at people who bear no responsibility for those comments.

"I heard some guy wearing a Chevy truck shirt at a car show say that Dodge trucks suck, so I made a note to myself not to buy any of Chevy's vehicles."
