SU 10 is out!

I can confirm both are needed in order to get the NXi in the Kodiak.
I also saw that the MP version is only a few KB's.

What happens if you use only the "new" one? No G1000 at all?

It seems that the old G1000 is active then.

But that should be gone, shouldn't it? This doesn't make sense to me.

then we could also put monkeys in the flight deck

Personally, I would actually be happy to pay a small amount for an animated simian autopilot. Given that I care not for the actual flying experience (at least in an airliner), this would be ideal and great fun for my kind of simming. Klingons would be another option.

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

Sorry I do not know. I'm only reporting what I see.

No worries, maybe they left it in as a fallback. I was under the impression it would 100% replace the old one though and I think their statements at least suggested that. Maybe @MattNischan could clarify? Sorry for the ping.

Default MSFS aircraft will use the NXi built  into SU10. If you only fly default aircraft that use the G-1000 such as the C172, Baron, Caravan etc., you do not the the Marketplace version. The downloadable version is required to get the NXi in 3rd party add-on airplanes not made by Asobo - such as the Kodiak.
