Great way to fly approaches in MSFS

Featured Replies

Another app for approaches and so much more is FStarter. Works fine with all airplanes.

FSI Panel offers more than just the final approach. You can run STARS or more or less place the plane anywhere you want it vis-a-vis an airport.

It does indeed!
Just had a fantastic approach using the Fenix A320 into EGPH from FL260 on the AGPED1E arrival, with at least 80nm to run.

Landing report ranked my touchdown rate and bank angle as perfect, but lateral deviation from centreline 'needed more training'. 😅
I really liked how even when I was at least 10nm downleg while it was taking its sweet time to get everything set up, it slewed my aeroplane back again to the initial AGPED waypoint, before giving me control.
Still discovering how to use the standard version properly. Yet so far, I feel this has been my best purchase all weekend, even without any discount.

Been on this app for about 30 approaches in the Fenix so far. Got my touchdown FPM rates pretty much under control, and now I find landing on the centerline and middle of touchdown zone  is another challenge.

I also purchased FSiPanel and really like it, but sometimes I have the problem that when it’s preparing the aircraft it literally falls from the sky. Anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to prevent it? I haven’t read reports on the support forum about it…

Seems like a very good and useful app. I'm wondering how I could miss this for P3D. I'm going to buy it for MSFS. Thanks for head-up.

Does anybody know the difference between standard and advanced version? I cannot find any description on their homepage.

Advanced unlocks far more failures (you only get a few in standard) and fuller scenario planning, much like you would find in an airline's pilot recurrency training / assessment session.

Most simmers won't need this extra functionality. The good news is you can purchase standard and upgrade in-program at a later date, if desired.

This software is superb. I’d go as far to say that it’s the best money I’ve ever spent on a FS add on.
