Adding additional stock voices to Pilot2ATC Windows 11

All,

Has anyone had success adding additional voices to Pilot2AC within the Windows 11 operating system?  I have seen how some have accomplished this in Windows 10, but does not appear the same in Windows 11.

I was able to add two British from the 'speech' tab in control panel . Looking for more.

Watch this step-by-step video.  I did it and added 25 additional voices.
