Fair enough. I have been beta tester for Milviz for about a year. The two projects that I tested and which have already been published are the Cessna 310R and the Beaver. Dutch, the developer of the 310R is active on Avsim. He can viciously oppose if I am not stating this correctly 🙂 Beta testers are under an NDA, so I cannot tell you any specifics about what Blackbird has in development right now. Suffice to say that I already got my hands on a few of the projects and that I am optimistic that they will be as well received by the community as the 310R 🙂 Peter

I wasn't particularly a fan of the B732, and the ATR has been in development for what feels like most of my adult life. I don't think the ATR was particularly far down the development path - I always got the sense that it didn't get the priority that was necessary to really get it into the sim and working right. As far as I'm concerned, this is a nothingburger. I didn't really expect the Milviz ATR to come out... ever... given its 6 year development track and no meaningful previews except a few shots of the plane in MSFS. Before then, it was pretty much Blender screenshots and a few in-development previews of some of the displays...
January 11, 20233 yr Beyond the fact that this is their business decision to make and no one else’s, if this allows them to focus more on things like the B732 and we still get an ATR from Asobo I’ll personally count that as a win win. I kind of agree; a well modeled 732 or even 734 would be great. And, yea, it is their business decision. They need to determine what amount of profit is worth it to them to go forward and dedicate the resources; that is different for every company. MSFS 2024.
