If everyone had that view, nearly all payware would have zero sells.   Most payware has a freeware version somewhere.   People choose the payware because it normally offers a higher level of a feature/benefit that appeals to them.

Also FS Traffic as way better performance than the free stuff for me anyway

Normally, yes. FS Traffic offers nothing that AIG or FSLTL does not provide. In contrast, FSLTL and AIG both offer way superior models, AIG on top way more repaints. So there is absolutely not a single reason to go for FS Traffic instead...

I had the opposite experience compared with AIG is there a change in the performance part of FS Traffic...

My info is a bit dated because I used FS Traffic during the first few weeks / month.

I would try it again , GSX has more of a hit than FS Traffic for me , its pretty good these days , just wished they would use live ( flight radar ) traffic rather than the historic flight plan way , when I say historic  I don't mean pre historic they are just 6-12 month old , sounds like I am grumbling aim not really FS Traffic works the best for me !

What worries me about this program is that it hasn't been updated in over a year... I repeat what I asked earlier, is it another Ultimate Traffic?

I use AIG Traffic in Prepar3D but it's so annoying to install everything in MSFS too...

I think Kai has improved AIG installation experience comparing how it used to be in P3D, which to be fair got a lot better but still takes time. FSLTL is the easiest when it comes to installing. Personally I use AIG models with FSLTL injector or you can use AIG injector since you fly offline, either both, you are not losing anything.

Many are reporting better performance with FS Traffic.

This morning I had a lot of errors while installing some companies using AIG on MSFS. In the AIG forums there are some complaints about this...

Well, tune down FSLTL or AIG to FS Traffic levels and performance will be on par I guess...
