Its much improved at clouds/winds interpolation. However, seems like the baro data is a bit out of control. Metar reporting qnh 1010 in sim is 948

You would think that if they made backend changes that were visible to players they would inform us...

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

Wildly speculating here, but maybe these backend changes are leading up to some sort of weather related update which could be the "surprise" they called out for Feb? 🤔

I did a flight out of CYYZ Toronto over the weekend. As I was taxiing, I noticed that there were snow flurries. Not the kind like we used to see. I'm talking about 1 or 2 snowflakes every 6-10 seconds. Seems like we had a lot of snowflakes or no snowflakes in the past. I don't ever recall seeing just a couple at a time.

Kudos to FlyTampa on CYYZ. The snow coverage on the taxiways, ramps, aprons, and runways is spot on.

Anyone else seeing an improved live weather today ? Much more detailed weather system outside metars areas ? i dont think ive seen such a diverse live weather before...

There is a massive thread in the official forum about live weather just stopping injecting the weather that has a bunch of votes. People are totally agitated at that one as it requires a sim restart to get live weather back.

Just to add to this, i think i dont have that constant twitching wind speed/direction at high altitude anymore. My 737 wing was flexing constantly cause of it. now its rock solid.

Nope, got this Sunday afternoon at FL410.

Yeah, maybe. They’ve been working on seasons for a while too. Makes you wonder…
