January 31, 20233 yr Author I brought her home yesterday. A word of warning to all of you. If you have friend or a relative or spouse that complains of stomach aches and says it nothing and won't see a doctor and keeps taking antacids and Tylenol for it don't let them wait. By the time they consent to see a doctor it's too late. An old friend called me last night and said the same thing about his wife who died several years ago. She did the same thing. And he lost her. Especially if you are on in years. Don't think anything is too minor for a doctor to look at. Even when Betty went to the doctor for her quarterly appointments she told him everything was OK. Tiring easily and weight loss are also things to be aware of. I appreciate all of your good thoughts. They help now now that she's home, knows her days are numbered, and is angry at me. I just accept and take it and hope she will simmer down soon. A hospice nurse is coming to the house in a half hour so I have to try and get her in a good mood for that. Later... Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.
