It’s my understanding that Xtreme Prototypes are working on their Lear 25 for MSFS. Not quite capable of trans-Atlantic hops but I’ve flown Manchester - Malaga in P3D v5.

Nice! I enjoyed their P3D version immensely.

It is a real speed merchant. And with no autothrottle you have to be very careful not to overspeed on the first few thousand feet. Cruise at Mach 0.82 up to FL430. Tremendous! 😁 The virtual cockpit at 4K is a thing of beauty.

Flying a non-G3000 longrange biz jet will remain a dream.....

The Collins-Proline that WT developed is not a dream come true? For free no less...

It's an incredible addon - we're just looking for larger long range bizjets.  Transcontinental types...

Has this been confirmed? I’m obsessed with the classic Lear series! CJ610 engines are basically mini rockets. Love the sound and everything else on the 20’s! Their P3D version was incredible. Spent a lot of time in that bird.

I can’t recollect where I read it sadly. Keep an eye on their website or perhaps contact them.

The Learjet 25 is not a long-range business jet. Anything under 1500 nm is covered by what's currently available: the CJ4, the HondaJet, the Cirrus Vision Jet, and for anything longer the Longitude is fine.

I was referring to long-range jets like the Dassault Falcon 6X or the Challenger 650.

I have to admit that I'm occasionally tempted to buy "that other sim" just to be able to fly the Take Command! Hot Start Challenger 650.

I'd do it it if it didn't come with dealing with the rest of "that other sim".

Challenger 650.

The Longitude has just 500 nmi range less, but is larger, faster and cruises higher.

@Ricardo41 "That other sim" sales will show a spike when this is released https://aerobask.com/f8x.php I have followed the flight deck avionics updates closely on "that other forum" and some of the detailed coding for the PFD screen is amazing!

PS The Falcon 8X has a range of 6,450 nm (12,000 km)!

I don't understand why something similar isn't in the works for MSFS - maybe the market for this sort of addon is there in Xplane but not in MSFS?

If Xplane weren't such a ghastly looking sim, compared to MSFS, one could conceivably run both on one's PC, just to get the biz jet addons for Xplane.

The 6X isn’t even released in the r/w yet - (though it will be available shortly). The 7X or 8X would be a good bet - even the 900EX has incontinental range. Or any of the Bombardier Global series. Gulfstreams probably will not happen for well-known reasons.

Yes, according to Mark@FSW there are different people working on converting over existing FSW aircraft whilst he works on new stuff. There is the odd image in their "progress" Discord, although nothing to suggest a timeline or that it could be imminent.
