Waauw...what a great sight...I was a passenger on this plane a few years ago for a holiday trip to the south, I think it was one of the Spanish Costas or Mallorca as major Balearic Island. 4 other special liveries are: AeroSmurf(from cartoonist Peyo)  -  Trident(footballteam Red Devils) -  Amare(Festival Tomorrowland)  -   Bruegel(Old Painter).

Thank you for posting this A320 in this special livery 'Kuifje/Tintin', dedicated to the stripboaks, written and signed by the Belgian writer/scenarist Hergé, worldwide sold 275 milion albums translated in 110 languages/dialects. The first album was published in 1946 and Tintin(Kuifje in Dutch) was a reporter with his dog 'Bobby' travelling worldwide and made exciting adventures together with other characters. He also made a trip to the Moon, the rocket is as model exposed in Brussels airport EBBR :

Spectacular!

I grew up with the Tintin books, Captain Haddock, the Thompson twins and all that.
Nothing like a new Tintin adventure!

Only years later when the 3D movie was produced, did we English - speakers realise it was not tin tin but tahn tahn.
Somehow was never the same after... 🙂

Very nice shot, Ed...!

Big fan of Tintin, here, same as the others here who have commented...

Have all the large size (individual) books in my collection, including the book-form volumes in small print...got them at some point from Amazon...but having difficulty reading those fine prints...

I find all of the stories exciting, but Tintin in Tibet, with that plane crash, is one of my favorites ...

Thanks much for posting...!!

I just noticed the FS9.5 Tag to the OP.
How we fended off probing questions about that variant! :)
