I live here. Don't do that.

Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35.

In terms of performance you have a 250HP normally aspirated engine in the Comanche versus a 200HP Turbo Charged engine in the Turbo Arrow.  They are going to be in the same ballpark in terms of ceiling etc though the Turbo Arrow cruise at altitude may be 10% or so faster from what i recall (too lazy to look it up).

In terms of flight model/depth/immersion etc etc the Comanche is 3 years newer, you absolutely expect it to be better.  The Arrow was a must have at the time of release and groundbreaking for the time, but it is showing its age and it simply would not be worth the JF teams while to spend half a million dollars revamping an aircraft that most people already own and would expect the update for free.

After installing the Commanche, it is time to have a bit of a cull of other addons, the JF Arrow being one of them.

Wow eso es interesante. ¿Qué aviones GA en cualquier simulación son mejores o están cerca de este A2A Comanche para MSFS, incluidos los aviones anteriores de A2A?

Torquesim sr20/22 , Hotstar tbm900 for example.

You're going to be hoping for a long time. Nobody does demos in this industry.

What else do you need to know to inform a purchase? This is the best GA addon for MSFS by a long shot, and probably one of the best available in any sim.

There's mention that one can feel the weight of the plane in the sim while flying which makes it feel true to life. Like most, I'll never get to fly a real Commanche. It's hard to discern the feeling of weight and gravity, by just looking at YouTube videos. Presumably with a demo, a *casual* user can differentiate this version with the version in P3D or some other plane offering. A time-limited demo would go a long way to showing why this version is better than other aircraft, or the prior version in P3D.

I doubt any 3rd party developer will have a 15 minute demo or whatever demo time for their plane. Almost all planes purchased outside of the MSFS marketplace can be dropped into the Community folder. This means the files for the plane can be copied to others to use and be pirated.

For a 3rd party plane to have a timed demo and to stop the piracy of a demoed plane, it would probably need code to check the internet to see if this copy was purchased. I am not aware of a 3rd party plane in MSFS that independently makes an internet connection. The apps that extract and install the planes may have an internet connection but not the planes themselves once they are dropped in your Community folder, from my understanding. And for the planes to make an internet connection, they would have to open up a port on your computer, which can be a security risk.

What you are asking for, demoes for planes, will probably never happen because of piracy issues, or security rìsks of opening ports to communicate on the internet.

If you're a steak guy and have never eaten sashimi (raw fish), would you order sashimi on a first date in a Gourmet Restaurant? 🙂

Thank you. Might something like this work? The cost is $0.00.

Time limited demo installs that are disabled after a preset time are probably possible for marketplace purchases, as are subscription marketplace aircraft that are disabled if your sub expires.  However I do not see either of those options realistically being offered by MS anytime in the foreseeable future.  it woul dsimply not be worth the effort.

Oh yeah, add-ons purchased in the MSFS marketplace should be able to be demoed because it's MSFS that maintains the internet connection, and it's MSFS that knows your marketplace purchase information.

Something like the steam games would not be bad for testing addons surely more than one developer would be forced to release better finished products.

Accu-sim P-40 (P3Dv4-5) – A2A Simulations

The A2A P-40 was made free to the public during the pandemic: https://a2asimulations.com/2020/03/18/free-accu-sim-p-40-simulation-during-the-current-pandemic/

It looks like it is still free, I don't think A2A plans to make money off of it anymore. So the P-40 is not a demo.

P-40 in P3D has nothing to do with MSFS or a Comanche... there is no "free trial".

I thought it demonstrates Accu-sim in P3D?  No?
